Domestic Shipping Policy:

• Allow up to 1-3 business days for shipment. Depending on geographical location, it may take up to 3-7 business days. Please note shipping time does not include the average 1-2 business days of receipt and processing time it takes for the order(s) to ship out.


• We offer standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping options.


• Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


•All orders are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality.


• Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination.


• We do not accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by carriers.


• Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.


• Customers are responsible for providing up-to-date email addresses to any delays or issues with shipments, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete mailing address for delivery of packages. This includes ensuring that your address is accurate, up-to-date, and free of any errors or typos. You are also responsible for verifying the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order.


• We are not responsible for any delays, loss of packages, or issues caused by carrier errors or natural disasters..


• We do not ship to PO boxes, must list address.


• Delivery times and rates are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier's performance.


• Shipping rates and options are subject to change without notice.


• We also offer expedited shipping options, including 2-day and overnight delivery, for an additional fee.

Global Shipping Policy:

• Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and 7-21 business days to arrive after shipping.


• International shipping rates vary depending on weight, dimensions of your package, as well as your destination country and are calculated at checkout.


• Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.


• Customers are responsible for any custom fees, import fees associated with their shipment, taxes, and duties imposed by their country and may be applicable upon arrival. We will provide a commercial invoice with all shipments.


• We will provide tracking information for all international shipments so that customers can track the status of their package.


• In the event of damage or loss during shipping, please contact the carrier service and customers can file a claim with the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx) to resolve the issue.

Domestic Handling Policy:

•We will ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.


• We take great care in packaging and handling your items to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep, but we are not responsible for damage, or loss caused by carriers or third-party shipping companies. If packages are damaged or lost, customers can file a claim with the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx) to resolve the issue.


• All packages will be handled with care and packaged in a secure, sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.


• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete mailing address for delivery of packages. This includes ensuring that your address is accurate, up-to-date, and free of any errors or typos. You are also responsible for verifying the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order.


• Once payment is processed, customers will receive an order confirmation email with details of their order.


• We will provide a tracking number for each package so that customers can track their shipment.


• Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once an order has been placed. 


• Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify the  carrier immediately to file a claim.


• Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items that are simply no longer needed or desired.

Global Handling Policy:

Domestic Lost, Stolen, or Damage Policy:

• If a product is lost or stolen during shipping, (e.g. tracking information showing the product was never delivered, or product was delivered but to wrong address), contact carrier service to resolve issue.


• If a product is lost or stolen after delivery, provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the circumstances surrounding the loss to carrier service.


• We are not responsible for losses or thefts caused by unauthorized access to a customer’s product. Contact the carrier service provider to file a claim.

Domestic Lost, Stolen, or Damage Policy:

• If the shipment is damaged during transit, the customer must report the issue to the carrier within 3 days of receiving the item. The carrier is responsible for the damaged goods. Contact the carrier service to resolve the issue.


• If the shipment is lost or misplaced during transit, the carrier is responsible for providing proof of loss and reimbursing the customer for the lost goods.


• If the shipment is stolen during transit, the carrier is responsible for providing proof of theft and reimbursing the customer for the stolen goods.


• If the shipment is delayed or takes longer than expected to arrive, the carrier is responsible for providing an update on the status of the shipment and providing compensation for the delay. 


• We will not be responsible or liable if the shipment caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. We will not be responsible or liable due to various reasons such as incorrect address or shipping information, customs issues, delays, or refused delivery, the customer understands that they are responsible for loss of goods.


• If there are issues with customs clearance, such as duty or tax payments, the customer is responsible for handling these issues.

Domestic Refund Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products sold. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we will not be able to make any changes once it is processed. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we are a small business and cannot afford to absorb the costs of returns or refunds. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality products and services at competitive prices. If you have any concerns or questions about a product, please reach out to us before making a purchase. We are happy to provide more information and help you make an informed decision. Once a product is purchased, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Global Refunds:

For international customers, all sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the high-cost complexity of processing international shipping transactions and customs regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in mind, incorrect ordering, incorrect address or email address etc. All orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand the product details and specifications before placing an order. We recommend that international customers carefully review our product descriptions, terms, and conditions, and their order before making a purchase as all sales are final and non-refundable. Please note that international customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed on their order.
